1.Eligibility for Refunds

1.1. Services: We offer a refund for our services if:

The service was canceled by CarEasy due to unforeseen circumstances.
The service was not provided in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.
The service was not used by the customer, and a refund request is made within 3 days of the purchase date.

2.Refund Process

2.1. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@careasyin and provide the following information:

Your full name and contact information.
Order number or any other relevant details related to your purchase.
A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

2.2. Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it and respond within 7-8 business days.

2.3. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method within 5-6 business days.

2.4. Please note that refunds can only be sent using the same medium of the original payment. For example, if you made the payment via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card.

2.5. If the refund request is denied, we will provide you with an explanation of the decision on the mail.

3.Exceptions

3.1. There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted, including:

If the service was provided in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.
If the refund request is made after the specified timeframe mentioned in section
If the service was terminated due to a violation of our terms of service
